We didn't even realize we had a problem untill a new car dearler told us we had a hit on our credit report. Not a lot of money however, enough to cause a new car loan to be jacked up a point or two. I should also say that the credit reporting agency was not much help in assisting the removal of a $154.9 charge for a $60. purchase. The problem turned out to be the following. The Reatailers National Bank, who by the way mailed the Credit Card to the correct address somehow mailed the billing statements to the wrong address for several months. No one in the credit depart had the concern to check if maybe they somehow screwed up. As for Targets part in this Royal Rip Off, just try to talk to a target Customer Service Rep. You can't find them and if you are lucky enough to find one you are told call the bank. Not only has this caused me a slight rise in BP but money that someone else should be responsible for. I will be digging up all my target receipts and returning a house full of "whatevers" I have gotten there. We waited a long time to get a target store in our city (St Augustine, Fl) however this is one family who will not shop there in the future.

I don't know if this will be read by the Bank or Target but, I do feel better for telling our story.
