felony crime; use of bogus credit card, and charging $4,958.00 .....

Today, I received a bill from Target stores for $4,958 regarding purchases on October 24 and 25 in various cities in Florida. Three Wal Mart stores in three different cities, October 24, a Ritz Camera and Wolf Camera in two cities, two Shell charges in two cities.

On October 25 there were charges at three restaurants I would never eat in: Roadhouse Grill, Chili's and Red Lobster all in three different cities for exactly the same amount $155.00 each. On the same date there's an Eckerd Drugs and Walgreen in two cities, and a Publix super market and a 7 Eleven in two different cities.

The customer service person at Target, named "Will" # 3915 said that Target credit cards are now Visa. I never owned a Target-Visa card. The last Target card I had from 1998 was never used! On top of this, "Will" said it could take between two and three weeks to investigate the fraud charges.

I called a lawyer and was encouraged to file a police report and send this registered or certified to Retailers National Bank-Target Credit Services ASAP. Also, I will be sending Trans Union, Equifax letters and e-mail Experian with the police report or the file-case number to protect myself in case the charges might appear on my credit reports.

Thank you,

Dennis
