COMPLAINT TARGET STORES
complaintantDBA SPECIFIC PERFORMANCEGENERAL DELIVERYORLANDO, FLORIDA 32801
THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINT WAS FORWARDED TO THE CORPORATE ENTITYTARGET 6126965400.
It is a repetitive problem with your stores, training, false reports & racially motivated "offensive behavior".Employees, nonlawyers as we understand it, are reluctant to honor specific performance of the most basic contract in the world btw manufacturer & retailer, an agreement to accept & honor coupons. The coupon is coded & printed by the manufacturer, that's their role,Target's role is to honor the coupon with the barcode's info according to the POS just as Target coupons. Coded specifically? Maybe you should take the human element out of some of your transactions, your stores would make more money. This store specifically, your Michigan Ave., Orlando, Florida store does not even print the coupons from the machines that have been sitting there for over a year. Why put them in the store if your not going to maximize the utility by utilizing the function of the machine? Or is it the environmental issues that have stalhed the process? I think we are looking at more than one legal issue here, environmental ones.

Not only is it a waste of law enforcement time to exercise intimidation regarding specific performance issues regarding employee assistance program necessities in retraining toward organizational culture exempt from biasness, or self serving needs of influence but also a matter of managerial power and position plays that are problematic for consumers.Maximize the savings? Yeah if we can get the basics straight first.

I'm going to tell Mommy (corporate) if you don't play my way....so there!

If you don't like Target's business practices......SHOP ELSEWHERE and stop whining.

BTW, what, exactly, are the "environmental issues" in this little rant?

What are the stores "false reports?"

AND....what is the "racial motivation" in this?

No question on this one....there are NO LEGAL ISSUES INVOLVED!...period.

You really should return your "law degree" to the store where you purchased it and demand your money back.

that no store is required to accept any sort of manufacturer's coupons don't you? Target can accept your coupons or decline to accept them at their discretion. Why do you think the coupons say "at participating retailers"

as for the coupon printing machines, again, they are not required by any sort of law to have the machines working and printing any sort of extra coupons for you. I'm not sure why you would want law enforcement involved, there are no laws being broken.
