Target Staffing USA is another company name for Independent Wireless Services. This is a scam. The listings under Career Builder and Monster state no fee required but the companies actually want you to pay a fee to connect your phone line.

Once you pay the fee, you are never able to reach anyone at the number they provide. If you are interested in this company please read all the information for Independent Wireless.

I have contacted Monster and Career Builder to file a fraud complaint against both companies.
