Target Target and Paypal have ripped me off. Minneapolis, Minnesota
I purchased 1334.77 dollars of outdoor furniture on May 14th from Target online store. Shortly after the product was delivered it began to disintegrate. I received authorization from Target to return the item fully expecting them to credit my Paypal account or send me a refund. Much to my surprise and dismay, they have offered only a gift card or E card to be spent at Target. This is quite unacceptable since I paid cash via Paypal. Of course Paypal will do nothing and Target says it is their policy. So for those that want to use Paypal for these type purchases. DON'T. I will not shop at Target in the future.

PayPal Purchases: refund will be issued in the form of a Target GiftCard if returned to store. If returned to Target.com, refund will be issued in the form of an electronic Target GiftCard OR a physical Target GiftCard.
Guess you missed this.
