I purchased an item, and then  cancelled it.   I called a few times, and each time unbeknownest to me, they never cancelled my item. They kept claiming that they cancelled it, and not to worry, and yet, there is no record of the item being cancelled.  I've gotten nothing but the run around from them.  They event told me that it wasn't necessary to keep calling them everyday.  I'm out now almost $70,  for a chair I don't want. Now, today, the computer chair was delivered, and just left on our door step. We weren't even home when they delivered it.  They are the worst. Now, I'm stuck with an item that I didn't want, and now, I'm told by USP, that I'll be charged a few to have it picked up and return.

I want the chair picked up, and retruned to Target at no charge to me. UPS is saying I'm responsible for the return fee. I don't see why I would have to be repsonsible for a chair I never wanted, and even cancelled.

It isn't right to treat customers like this.  Target and UPS shoudl be ashamed of themselves.
