Complaint Review: tate publishing

Tate publishing gave me a lengthy statement of faith (christian), but obviously they do not believe their own statement of belief.

They took my money for books I ordered but never sent them to me so I can say they stole my money, not Christian. They did not comply with several terms of my contract which makes them liars, not Christian. My book was selling and even in a local B & N but I never recieved a penny of royalty, not Christian. they made statements that they loved their authors and would not leave them hanging, they would help them with other publishers. I did not get any assistance, not Christian.

I am not the only author to be cheated out of royalties and it appears(from internet reports) that other bills have not been paid, so, where did all the money go that they took in?

Before I deal with any company ever again I will make sure the Tate name is not on any documents, I do not trust them. The very least they could have done is return my calls or emails. That would be common courtesy, but I was ignored. I can forget the other infractions but I can never forget the rudeness of being ignored after they took my money but did not honor my contract.
