TATE JOSHUA and his company Tate's Property Maintenance and TATE'S LLC just scammed me out of $740.
I had a project in mind for awhile to fix my backyard so three weeks ago I asked Joshua Tate to come by and give me a quote on it.
My project was pretty simple:remove old grass using a grass cutter, 3 small trees , remove stones and level my yard with some dirt. I got a quote for $1500 which I thought was kind of high ,but I accepted his offer.
Three weeks later (09.22.17) when Joshua Tate finally showed up to do the job he asked me for half of the money ($740) upfront. I usually never do that, but I knew Joshua Tate for a while he removed some trees for me in the past so I gave him the money. He unloaded some dirt and left me with a promise to come back on Monday (09.25.17) to do the job. I got a text from Joshua Tate on Monday morning stating that he will be at my house at 11 AM ,but he never showed up and stopped answering calls and texts. My backyard is still a mess and on top of everything when he was unloading the dirt he ruined my front yard .Please be aware!
