Complaint Review: Tator Plumbing LLC

 I called Tator plumbing out to my house about two months ago to fix a leak under my house he seemed very knowledgeable and was very kind. He told me he had a few jobs he had to complete and will return to fix the problem ASAP. Tator did not call or show up for four days he then showed up a week later and told me that I would need a tunnel job to repair the leak  two days later! a digging crew came out and wow what a site these guy looked homeless and drunk I was told by the crew they charged by the foot and then they charge Tator the cost they also told me I should have called them direct and saved a ton of money so after everything was done and said I paid Tator $5,000.00 for the tunnel if I called them "the diggers" direct I would have paid only $500.00!!! Tator marked up the price X 100% wow!! Then!! not done yet all the parts on my invoice were triple the cost then Home Depot or Lowes!!! Finally the leak was not fixed! I had to call a new company out to fix the problem. Look folks don't look at how clean cut and nice a plumber is or how fancy his trucks are or if he carries a ipad aroud!!! Do your home work!! and go with a big company that will backup  everything!  Hope this helped out.
