The purpose of this report is to warn others about these parties who offer to invest but cannot perform.

During November 2017, Ms. Syafrinda induced me to prepare an agreement for monetizing and trading instruments to be provided by Mr. Arifin. Mr. Arifin was not the provider and when a draft RWA was made available, Ms. Angedan was the account holder. Mr. Arifin insisted that the RWA would be provided via MT799. We could not argue with him. After many weeks when the RWA was not provided, a new draft was provided changing the account holder (but not the account number) to Ms. Towle. This RWA would be provided via regular letter to the account holder. After two months this RWA was not provided either.

This elaborate structure of people and companies all of whom misrepresented their place in the transaction and their ability to provide the asset turned out to be people who were simply wasting my time by lying about their capabilities trying to gain access to trade opportunities. If you encounter any of these people do not open a credit line or take actions that would anticipate their performance. We have blacklisted them with the banks and you will be wasting your time.

We, acting as a mandate to PT. SIMA ENERGI PERKASA, was in discussion with the trade manager, or so he claimed, for a trade slot in the global trader. Firstly, there were no agreement signed between the parties. Secondly, we have not reached even the KYC process. What we did agree among the parties that the company that we represent, or the instrument Provider (PT SEP), to show their RWA before coming into the trade. Indeed, it took forever for PT SEP issue the RWA due to their internal company problem at the time. However, we, acting as their mandate have no authority what so ever. We are merely communicating between the parties to get the RWA/BCL by bank protocol via MT199. Yet, trade manager of course can not disclose the trader account. And instrument provider also dont want to send to just anybody. So stuck there as well. We are a reputable company, and never would deceit our partner. It is just not fair and unprofessional to report us, the mandate, for something which the provider could not performed at the time. Hope this can further clarify. On behalf of PT. Dome Metrix
