Complaint Review: Taurus Dietary Supplement

This product claims to enhance male sexual performance. It promises to increase stamina and quality of erection. It does neither.  The biggest concern for the buyer is the repeat billing cycle. I initially ordered the 30-day supply. 30 days later I found a charge on my credit card for another order, an order that I did not authorized.

I called and spoke with customer service and was informed that I was enrolled in “auto ship.”  I explained that I never agreed to auto shipping and there was nothing in the information that mentioned auto shipping. I was told that I would have to return the package (at my own expense) to get a refund.  I was also told that I would be removed from auto shipping. Well, 30 days later I was again charged for, yes, another order that I did not authorized.  Once again, I spoke with customer about the auto shipping and was informed that I had not been removed from auto shipping and if I wanted a refund I would have to return the product once I received it. Of course, I was told that I would be removed from auto shipping.  That remains to be seen.

Bottom line: First, this product does not do what it says it will do.  Second, once they get your credit card information, you will see recurring charges on your statement.  Buyer Beware!
