Complaint Review: TAWFIQ SAIF FOR IMP AND TRADING

RE: THE COMPANY JXMOUNTAIN ENTERPRISE SHIPPED OUR CONTAINER TO OTHER OUR PORT ADEN PORT NOT SAME SALES CONTRACT

We are from big importer in yemen from china supplier . 
As we have complain at company of paper its name JXMOUNTAIN ENTERPRISE CO.,LTD . We have make order  2x20ft of newsprint paper and we paid deposit USD8396 ... but this order have shipped to other country jeddah on 1/5 port and in the agreement is aden port ..
Before ship this order he sent us email that have one container 1*20ft already arrived aden port on10/2 and will make discount 30% to change the bl to TAWFIQ SAIF ALI ALQIRSHI.. we confirmed and send balance of this container USD 10297..but after received the balance said the old buyer return to take the container.. 
Then saud will keep the balance USD10279 for other order and amount will be USD 18675..

When time of shippment of 2*20ft he shipped to jeddah port and agreement in s.c is aden port yemen
As we told him many time that we are not confirm and must ship the containers to our country only. 

now the container in jeddah port and our port is aden port yemen.
They not follow the s.c only excused by war and we told him dont ship to other country only ship to yemen port..
As they told us the cost to change port usd7000 and we are not my responsibility but we cooperate with them to pay the fright in yemen but they refused. 
We cooperate with them again to must pay and send us the receipt and will send it but refused. 

Now the orginal with them and we want the goods or my money

Check email of bl and s.c
Now they must ship the container to our country same agreement of sales contract or return us our money or make new order instead to the old
