The company posted a job on Careerbuilder & Craig's List for Account Executive with a Starting salary of $35K + comm. Upon interviewing with Erin & Rod, Erin wrote down on a company Commission sheet the pay structure: Training is for 6weeks. Week #1: Salary=$35K,  Week#2-#5=$40K no commission, Week #6=#35K. I accepted and started with 11 other new employees on Jan. 4th.  On the 3rd. day of training(Jan 6th) mid--morning, the trainer gave us all a sheet of paper to sign AND RETURN asap. The sheet of paper said the company was only going to pay only $13hr for Week #1, $15hr for Weeks #2-5, and $13hr. for Week #6. Reducing our agreed upon starting offer of $35K,down approx $10K. Only 1 new hire agreeded with the new pay structure out of 12.  On, Jan 7th. Rod & Erin came into the training class to defend their actions when some including myself wanted answers to these concerns of being mislead and dupped into taking a job under false pretenses on starting salaries. So, they told us that that's what their paying us and if we dont like it, not to show back up to work. and when asked: "if they are going to change the job post verbidge", Rod said "they dont have to"!  In this economy, companies can't be doing this kind of misrepresentation to their employees. If, their willing to do this to their own employees, what do you think they do to their clients.
