I am writing as another current employee and I have a few concerns that I have to post. TDN is the worst company I have ever worked for. I am looking for a new job but Tax Season is here so I am waiting until its over as I will make alot of money as a Sales Rep or Debt Consultant as this is my title. I and my associates lie on a daily basis to my clients to bring them on as Clients. We pitch pipe dreams of settling w the IRS for less than whats owed. Listen. You dont owe the IRS. You owe the US Treasury. The IRS just collects. TDN does nothing more than any consumer can do. We say we have an edge because we are in Jacksonville and the IRS is here and we deal w the division managers who can make the decision that will be in your favor. There is no IRS division manager. We have to wait on hold with the IRS for up to two hours just like you do. We are often transfered and have to wait more time. I had a client last week that I promised we would be able to save from a wage levy if they made the first payment in 24 hours. They did and she called me three days later crying as she was garnished. We never called the IRS. We dropped the ball. This caused all her checks to bounce including her mortgage. I feel horrible. All the conpany wants is your money. Honestly all I want is your money too. The bigger the fee the better my cut. I get six percent of what you pay. I have my resume out there and cant wait to leave. I have been here over three years and Im done with the Vahlino brothers who are very involved in the day to day business. Although it may not sound like it we are scripted and the script was written by Frank Vahlino whos last company was shut down by the Attorney General Charlie Crist in the mid 2000s as you can verify on line as well. The conpany was Emergency Debt Relief. The script is the same. They just changed the part where it said creditors and put in IRS. We are good at what we do but at your expense. We have no integrity and I am after 3 years done with being a crook. Dont hire us. Most people wont read this but for those who do. Just call the IRS and enter into an agreement and pay your tax debt back. The Government will not settle for less unless you can verify that you have no monthly desposable income. Botton line they investigate too. Deal wuth the IRS not TDN
