I bought tax exact software and when I had a chance to try the product. I found out that it did not do what I was told that it would do. After several calls, I was refused a refund. This company and their product is a total ripoff. The people I spoke with about the refund were rude and did not care that they sold me a product that would not work as I was told that it would. They miss sell and then fall back on a technicality that I was 10 days late in asking for a refund. Get this I don't even have the product!! Their software is not ready. So how did I miss a refund deadline for a product I don't even has. This is the most unprofessional treatment I have ever had. I will sue them in small claims court, just so other people do not get ripped off. If I buy something in the store and it does not work, it does not matter when I return it. Stay away from this company.
