Complaint Review: Tax Ready

I have been trying to get the "promised" refund from tax ready since summer 2001. They were unable to deliver any more of tax break than we already have. The clincher here is that I was talked into shopping 2000 by tax ready.

I have now requested a refund of my money (995.00 and 2495.00) from tax ready. I actually requested it august 2001 and am still waiting. I did speak today with tax ready as well as shopping 2000 (orion).

According to both tax ready is still in business. They admit to being investgated due to slow response time on refunds, but claim to have 75,000 customers with only about 200 complaints. I have heard both good and bad on this company, I guess you take a chance in any venture these days.

I do hope and pray that my money finds its way back to my account. Just thought I'd let you know though, that yes tax ready was closed for a few days but is now open again.
