Complaint Review: Tax Relief Associates

i paid them $2200.00 in may of 2003 they said they could solve my tax problems. they seemed like a legitimate company at first then it was hard to get in touch with them. they caused so many problems with the irs. that after they made the irs so mad i had to have a meeting with an irs agent to get them to take the garnishment off my husbands check and stop the seizure of my bank accounts.

After the the irs collected all my money and almost all of my husband's check the irs lady told me the only time she ever talked to richard hargus of tax relief associates. Is when he called her about the bank seizure and the garnishment. she had been trying to contact him for awhile but never could reach him so she had to contact me to try to settle this tax problem. so as far as i am concerned these people needed to be held responsible for the problem they made worse for me. i contacted them for a refund and they said that they held up their end of the contract and that i was not entitled to the refund. if there is someone out there that can help me get my money back or can help me put an end to these crooks please e-mail me at aunder2854@aol.com
