Please. Help me warn others that John Lane of the Tax Sale Fast Cash System and TaxSaleLists.com is a dishonest and unfair businessman.
I bought his Tax Sale System. John advertises a 30 day refund. But the 30 days begin when the materials ship. Not when you receive them. So you don’t have a full 30 days to evaluate them. I only found out it was 30 days from shipping when his assistant e-mailed the refund policy to me about 5 weeks after I bought it. I returned the program within 30 days of receipt in new condition by Priority Mail. I still haven’t gotten a refund.
I paid an extra $400 for a 100 people search. What John didn’t say is you have to find your own claims. Which isn’t easy. The $400 doesn’t include that. He doesn’t tell you that up front. John takes your money and then you find out.
In a webinar, John said he would honor a 90 day refund on the system. When I e-mailed his assistant about that, she said it’s 30 days. John refused to own up to his 90 day refund offer. He doesn’t want any contact with his students. When I asked his assistant to have him answer my e-mail, he refused to. John will take your money, but won’t answer your e-mails or questions.
His Tax Sale System is actually a promotion. Which you pay for. It’s to get you to buy tax sale lists from his website. The tax lists are very helpful in the business. But you get hit by a double whammy. You buy the Tax Sale System and then his tax sale lists. Which you are also not told about up front.
If you properly evaluate the system, you won’t have enough time to get a refund if you find it’s not a good fit for you. So – Please. If you’ve been thinking about buying the Tax Sale Fast Cash System, or know someone who is, be forewarned. You would be dealing with a man who doesn’t care about you or your success.
John only wants your money. He will think of a way not to refund your money if the program won’t work for you. Please. Do not get involved with John Lane. You will save yourself, and possibly others, a lot of time, trouble and money.
