He is an expert at explaining why and how he can steal a cancellation fee and he will abuse and continue to charge your credit card over and above the cancellation fee. He refuses refunds.
I canceled within 3 days, which they ignored and I had to fight them for a refund. So they charged my card again and again even a month after canceling, they charged my card the entire amount of their online program.
Listen people, beware of them. They claim they only let so many people in, it is online, unlimited people can attend. They hate it when you cancel and they want to make you pay.
They are difficult to deal with. Please save yourself the hassle and don't give them your credit card number.
