If you had your fees taken out of your refund by use of a RAL (Refund Anticipation Loan) or RAC (Refund Anticipation Check), then it is a common practice for the IRS to pay the bank, who take out their fees, and then forward the remaining money to you by either direct deposit, bank card, or check. You should have your money in one or two days.
