Taxamize Dion Shealey and Tressa Stanley i was a tax preparer prepared taxes they had use advertising they didnt pay me my money didn't give my clients they tablets they had use advertising didn't give me my trip they said i won to Bahamas didn't get it. won employee of the month the information they was giving use was false they file me with m giving them the okay. i still haven't got any of my money what is the steps I can take Atlanta Georgia
I worked for Taxamize Company manager name is Dion Shealey an his woman Tressa Stanley they raned the tax company i worked the hold tax preriod i havent got payed for preparing taxes. i keep asking them about my money they curse me out an tell me they need they money to. I now called the franchise an ask about my money the accounts say they pay them they dont know why they not paying me. Dion tells me they was doing fraud Activity so they not paying him. But When I call are text about my mony he goes off an tell me he not going to pay me. i won the trip to bahamas havent got that yet they had use advesting about do taxes before febuary 14,2015 an you will recieve a tablet, when your return come nobdy havent got a tablet they just keep ignoring me not responding what is the steps I can take to gain my money I worked for

Ms. Miller was a tax preparer. She was paid for each tax return ACCEPTED by the IRS. However, Ms. Miller has neglected to explain that she ENTERED several tax returns, however, the IRS REJECTED several of the returns she entered. Additionallly, Taxamize (the company) offered customer referral incentives. None of Tenita's customers referred the customers necessary to earn the incentives. Again, any employee incentives were earned based on returns ACCEPTED & FUNDED by the IRS. Reports are available from Taxamize Company, the corporation, supporting my statements. Ms. Miller states she was cursed out for asking for her payroll. Just look below and you will see a recent Facebook post of hers.
I hate things did not work out for any of us with Taxamize. However, for our team, including Ms. Miller, we extended ourselves, maybe even over extended ourselves because "familiarity breeds contempt." We have picked up and dropped off team members, given them gas money, bought food for their families, all without expecting anything in return. We paid out every dime paid to us and I apologize if Ms. Miller felt wronged.
