taxbrain.com Metabank Taxbrain offers tax service. I filed my taxes on the 16th of Jan choosing the option for direct deposit which goes thru Metabank then is routed to my bank Taxbrain screwed up on the routing. # to Meta, Internet

I filed my taxes with taxbrain on Jan 16th 2010. Every year like I always do I opted for the direct deposit option. Some how taxbrain transmitted the wrong routing number to the irs as a result they went to another bank. They are suppose to go to Metabank and then Metabank direct deposits them into your account but since there was a wrong routing the direct deposits are being rejected and sent back to the is and they are unable to redeposit so customer will have to wait anywhere to 4 to 6 weeks for a check mail to the address you put on you return. I feel this is very wrong because they something was at the beginning of the week they just chose not to say anything.  I will never use them again they are very deceptive and rude not even informing the customer in a proper manner.
