taxbrain.com Tax Brain sent apology because the media has the story, Internet

Tax Brain sent me an email apology yesterday and I was curious as to why they are apologizing now. Since last Friday they have been rude, dismissive and curt when I contacted their customer service line and chat customer service line.

Then I went to the internet today for an update as to when I would recieve my refund and found a story by Tara Morgan, a reporter for NBC12 in Richmond, VA. The cowardly Craig Petz sent the email apology because the media has the story and the greedy pigs are trying to put a happy face on the situation. It's called damage control but TaxBrain is a day late a many dollars short.

They should have apologized the problem and explained when they knew there was a problem. They admit to knowing there was a problem Janurary 15!
