Complaint Review: taxbrain - sbbt

I wish i would have found this site sooner. I too used tax brain to file my taxes and I too opted for the direct deposit option. I knew i wouldnt get my refund in two days but they told me 8 and it is way past eight. I received my state refund in my account within 2 days so i hope that means they have my account number and routing number correct.. i just dont get why it takes so long and they charge you so much
