I'm kind of pissed off at this. I should have done more homework on this. When you pay $2500 for anything, you should always do a follow up to make sure that everything is going the way its suppose to be. Well I didn't and I'm paying for this. Stay away from this group people. Here is the last letter that I got from this group:

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS NEGOTIATION GROUP CLIENTS

As a Tax Professional, I am hired by numerous clients. One such client was Taxpayers Negotiation Group Inc., a California corporation, who, in January 2007, contracted with my office to perform work on their client cases.

In November 2007, my office was advised by Mr. Barry Levine (AKA Bob Graham) that TNG was ceasing operations and that the contracts that I had with them would no longer be honored. All of Mr. Levines telephone numbers and email addresses have be cancelled. I have no means of contacting him or his wife, who is President of the corporation.

In the here and now, that means that while I had received a modest retainer fee, up front, they would no longer be paying any remaining contractual amounts upon completion of work on their client cases.

Your contract was with TNG. My contract was with TNG. I never had a contract with you. I represented you before the IRS based upon the contract that you signed with TNG. Quite frankly I believe that we were both ripped off. My office had performed a substantial amount of work on your case, but at this point we cannot and will not work for free.

Therefore, unless you wish to sign a contract directly with my office, and pay a specific fee, I will be forced to revoke my power of attorney and cease any further work on your case.

I sincerely regret this, but I cannot work for nothing.

I got this letter a week after the IRS Levy my wages (And they take all your money), I'm now working with the Tax Advacy within in the IRS to help get my wages taken care of and to work with the IRS setup a OIC. And I'm out of 2500. I hope that everybody look at my lesson and heed the warning.

This sucks big time
