Taxpros store Store.taxpro.deal.com Bought Turbotax premier won't download Bloomington Indiana
Bought Turbotax premier from their "store" said I had 10 downloads which I didn't need I only needed one! First attempt to download
and program would not open. Said file could not be read. I immediatley emailed the store and they responded and asked for my
order number which I gave right back then they quit responding to me. I have tried to download this all 10 times still no Turbotax program, still no help from their supposed tech department.
My first clue should have been that there was no phone number to call if I needed help!!
Do not trust this website, stay away from anything they have to offer.
I am now trying to get my money back from them!
