Complaint Review: Taxprosdeal

I purchased 2016 and 2017 TurboTax Business Software. These are basically the same programs with minor tweaks for changes in tax code. The 2016 shows 64 megabytes vs 2017 showing 200 megabytes. Needless to say, the 2016 doesnt even open regardless of the various ways I tried, including getting Geek Squad to check it. I contacted TurboTax who told me this company is an unauthorized vendor unlike Costco and several other stores. I contacted Taxprosdeal via email on their website and they insist they are authorized. But I doubt it as they dont give a key to the software as I've always had in the past. However, the 2017 program downloaded just fine, has opened and looks complete. I wonder if it will actually transmit the returns electronically. I've told Taxprosdeal that I'm returning the 2016 software and will keep the 2017 until I've had a chance to actually file something. If it doesnt work, I'll return that also - actually I'll simply get the credit card company to remove the charge.
