I ordered "Home Study Course" (approx $500)  by credit card over internet. Received a sales call wanting me to upgrade to an internet workshop at double or triple the price about 7 days after my initial order and refused. Was told my order should arrive in about 10 business days from initial order. After that time lapsed, I called the company to ask why no product received and they said it was "in the mail", so no refund for me. Now, six weeks after my order, still no product. when I try to call their phone number, the automated machine demands my name. Once the name is given, I get an auto hang up. I have experienced nothing but crap with this company and have no confidence that I will ever see product or a refund. Save your time, money and sanity and run away when you hear about taxsalelists.com

This individual was the victim of our vendor.  We had a problem with our supplier, who has since been fired.  The Home Study Course, which consists of 5 DVDs, two manuals, and a CD was prepared for us by a vendor in Salt Lake City.  They had promised they would have everything ready to go by the launch date but did not do so...they were several weeks late.

We refunded several people, including this individual, and apologized.

We fired our supplier and have hired a new one.  Clients now receive their order within 4 to 5 days of ordering.
