I purchase one online course from John Lane's Tax lien sales but got charged twice. About a week later after I did not received the product I called them to cancel the purchase. But there was no live customer service to answer the phone but direct me to write email to them. My request got rudely declained they did not wnat to refund me.
I feel this is so unusual merchandize. So stay away from it.
