I began e mailing and calling this company in early May. I have a home mortgage with them and wanted to take advantage of the HARP loan and get a lower interest rate on my mortgage. I called twice and went through the automated phone process of leaving information so they would mail me a HARP loan application which they never did.

I have e mailed them and filled out, via the internet, an entire loan application with alot of detailed information. They said someone would call me about this and I waited 30 days and have yet to hear from them. Today I called a number they gave me and was on hold for 70 minutes before hanging up.

I then sent them an e mail to their customer relations site and they said their office had been closed and they would get back with me on Monday. So 90 days have passed and I have yet to even begin the process of moving my loan re-finance request forward. I have had to deal with them on another matter 2 years ago and I was often on hold for up to 30 minutes.

At the end of that process, I wrote a letter of complaint. I received a response from them saying they would take 60 days to respond to my concern since they wanted to carefully consider it. That was more than 2 years ago and I still haven't heard from them! There is something seriously wrong with this company.
