Taylor Bean & Whitaker is dishonest and rips cutomers off Ocala Florida
Taylor Bean & Whitaker is dishonest with their customers. I paid a house payment on their pay by phone system and they said two numbers were missing from the account number and when they played the call back the call went silent for a few seconds. Also, I was laid off for two weeks and got behind two payments.
I call to ask for help and they told me in order for them to help me I had to pay the two payments. I borrowed the money from my daughter and her husband to make the payments ( I have to pay it back within 90 days). They cannot afford it either. After paying the two payments I called to get their help and they informed me they could not help me because I was current on my payments now my hours have been cut to 32 hours/4 day work weeks I am behind again.
They lied to get what they wanted and now they do not want to help they just want to send me letters to say I am behind and they will foreclose on my house. Taylor Bean rips people off and something needs to be done about it. Do not do business with them.

"You are absolutely correct about TBW!!!"..They have "frauded" hundreds, possibly thousands of clients including "ourselves"..They are a bunch of lieing, no good rotten, thieving, greedy, yellow bellied cowards..We (husband & myself) have been dealing with these parasites and their Missouri co-conspirators for "mortgage fraud" since 2007.."More clients should post on rip off report, as you and I have, just like reports against TBW are also on American Foreclosure Specialists..There are lawsuits now pending against them..TBW thinks because they scam millions of dollars off of their clients and like one exployee stated, if one takes a stand to them is when they get out their (TBW) high priced attorneys" that people with no money to retain a lawfirm are "intimidated" by this.."Well not this gal here..I have been fighting them since 2007, and will not give up until the long over-due justice my husband and I are entitled to is resolved..In or out of court..TBW knows for a fact, "we" and excuse the term, "have them by the balls" with all the documentation/proof backing us up..They made a promise to rectify this illegal matter, and then backed out of their word.."They, and their co-conspirators will without a doubt be held accountable for their illegal irresponsible actions!!"..And "that you can take to the bank and make a large deposit!".."Good Luck Jay!"..P.S. Keep in mind of one thing..TBW are not your friends, nor on your side as their clients..To them you are "green backs"..They will try to pacify, intimidate, justify, threat, promise, etc..Don't be fooled or let your guard down..Remember TBW are just a bunch of snakes hiding under a big rock, and their leader is Lee Farkas.."The Boa Constrictor!!"..
