Taylor Bedding is refusing to honor the warranty on the Lady Americana king size mattress set, we purchased at our local military PX, which is defective.

We paid close to a thousand dollars for this king size set. We have had the mattress for four years. The set came with a 15 year non-prorated warranty. The mattress has severe indents on both sides where my husband and I sleep. In the middle of the mattress is a large hump. When you lay on the mattress is feels like you are laying in a hill.

I have been battling with the company for over a month now. First they wouldn't return my calls or emails. I finally filed a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau of Austin, TX. Only then did I finally get an email from them, to tell me they didn't see the issue as a warranty issue and would not be replacing my mattress.

If you do a google search for "Taylor Bedding reviews", a couple different web sites will come up with a multitude of poor reviews on this company. The majority of them are about mattresses that begin to fall apart after a few months, and the rest are about the company doing everything they can to avoid honoring their warranty!

If you check their report with the BBB of Austin, TX online, you will see they have had several complaints filed against them for refusing to honor their warranty! Steer clear of this company!!!  They are selling poor quality mattresses for hundreds of dollars, then when they fall apart, the company will avoid you or just try to say it isn't a warranty issue.
