Complaint Review: Taylor Gifts

I contacted customer service about a product I wanted to purchase. There was a discrepancy in the price (actual Price listed below) and wanting to use paypal (which I was told 'We don't take paypal). I asked to speak to the supervisor on duty-I was put on hold but was not able to speak to the supervisor...So I called another number and explained my problem-again, I was told there was nothing that could be done about the price...

How i found this site was through Ebay. I was going to purchase the same item but realized this company had a third party who collected info on its credit card customers. i contacted the ebay seller and told them my mistake/problem and the lady Alli from customer service canceled my bid (I also asked her if there was another method of payment-the answer was 'no.'). Alli said if i needed any help just email her and she would be of service to me-I did and was blown off..
