Complaint Review: Taylor Gifts/Get Organized

I ordered five (5) items via mail and paid for them with a check. The check, of course, was cashed by "Get Organized" however, I received only one of the five items and it was in a wrong color and came packed in a box without a packing slip. Their customer service robot phone service is not answered by humans and left messages are not responded to. Even a letter of inquiry has gone unanswered.

My next action is to file a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office because this appears to be a fraudulent enterprise. I would not recommend using "Taylor Gifts" or "Get Organized". As of today, I've been "ripped off" about $110.00.
