Cyndi and Taylor managed to request an advance draw on my house of $20,000 (not allocated to anything on the draw schedule) which displayed financial weakness of their company (they requested $90,000 of which Susquehanna Bank thankfully denied them) and received roughly an additional $180,000 to dig a hole, frame, roof and install windows and two doors in my house.  As a high income client, Cyndi attempted to play the game of price gouging every aspect of a home that we were paying top dollar for while cutting various corners including 4 x 4 columns in my dining room, attempting to sheet rock over heavily molded lumber for which I paid out of pocket for a remediation company to come out and issue a report stating the dangers and risk in doing so.  According to Cyndi, this was not a problem.  They failed to deliver the plumbing system in my contract stating that it couldn't be done.  I had another company come out to receive approval from the county in less than two days.  At that point, it didn't make sense as my investment in what she stated was the only option turned out to be more expense than what I had originally requested (according to her, she spent a week of time in dealing with the county and it couldn't be done).  Prior to walking off, they had the audacity to tell me that I owed them an additional $6K for excavating my foundation (we are talking about two days of work and a budget in the loan of $9K - so 15K to dig a hole).  I have three excavating companies come out to give me a quote on the final grade.  While they were there and after examining the contour, etc., each of them gave a price in the range of $2K.  According to Cyndi and Taylor, $9K wasn't enough. They needed an additional $6K from me.  That conversation was the last and it was interesting to say the least.  Taylor was sweating at the table as they didn't have their stories straight when I asked by it was 3 months later that I was receiving a bill for overage when the foundation was dug that long ago.  Taylor says "because we just received it".  Cyndi then manages to say she had it for months and had been paying payments on it (another sign of financial weakness and motivation to rip me off).  In summary, the poorest and most pathetic representation of business practice I have ever seen.  They denied me access to all my paperwork/permits, failed to return to me window screens and interior window trim for which I had paid in full.
