TazmaniaAdvertising.com, Andra Hernandez takes your money & delivers nothing Internet

Placed an order and never heard back from them again unless I initiated contact. Made several contacts by email and online chat. When I informed them that I intended to file a fraud report for their failure to deliver, I received threats and profanity. I'll let their own emails in response to mine speak for themselves here.

MESSAGE FROM ME TO TAZMANIA ADVERTISING:

I am concerned about an order placed on Dec. 19, 2006. I've been promised three separate delivery dates, none of which have been met. I was first told the campaign would be set up on 12/26. Then it was Jan. 2. Most recently, Vince said it would be set up Thursday, 1/4. But as of the end of the business today, I still have no indication that the order is being processed.

Based on the poor response I've received, it doesn't seem Tazmania Advertising is a legitimate company and I am beginning to think I have been scammed.

I am writing to inform you that if no progress has been made with this order by the end of business day tomorrow, I will need to proceed with a credit card dispute in which I will need to forward the three messages from your company containing delivery dates that were never met.

I hope that a resolution can be met before this situation reaches the point that I have to make a fraud dispute. If your company cannot deliver on this order, then a full refund would be a reasonable solution.

TAZMANIA ADVERTISING'S RESPONSE:

I will keep this email and forward it to your CC company and state that this is a fraud dispute that you wil make.

All chargebacks will be prosecuted to the fullest!!

MESSAGE FROM ME TO TAZMANIA ADVERTISING I was very calm and patient the first three times I contacted you about my order. Yes I understand it takes up to 200 days to fill the 25 signups, but your initial email said the campaign would be set up in 3 - 4 days.

When that didn't happen, I emailed you and was told December 26. That day passed, and I was told Jan. 2nd. Then I contacted you Jan. 2nd and was told Jan. 4th. It is now Jan. 5th and no evidence that the campaign has been started has been provided.

Instead, I get an email from you threatening me about charging back the money, when your company has failed to do anything other than take my money and make empty promises. Since you do not want to communicate with me, and you're refusing to do anything with my order, please send a full refund so I do not have to proceed with a fraud dispute. Then you will never hear from me again.

TAZMANIA ADVERTISING'S RESPONSE:

actually rebecca you are lying. We are communicating with you because you contacted us. It is your duty as a customer to come and contact us if you are having issues. YOU NEVER DID UNTIL NOW and you are the one threatening us not us. Get your facts straight. i hope this is the end of our communication becauase i hate customers like you. B***H

Nevermind that I have all the copies of their emails and online chat transcripts, which are currently being used in the investigation against them. The bottom line is, unless you want to get ripped off and insulted, STAY AWAY.

Good company Just fraudulent customers

#17UPDATE EX-employee responds

Tue, January 23, 2007

I have worked with tazmania advertising before and I see the kind of attitudes that some customers have. The owner of the company doesn't respond to any of the emails. Whoever is posting things on andra hernandez are idiots. Because she is the not person running things. She owns the company yes but she is not the one that handles all customers inquiries. So yes she can sue anyone here. Because that is deframtory of a name. And you idiots posting personal information about her, GOOD LUCK!

You people need to stop all this nonsense and get your facts straight and at the same time get a life. Make sure you know what you are dealing with before you come here posting negative remarks and deframtory things about her. She is not the one that handles refunds, or answers to your questions. So anyone who wants to bring her to court go ahead and bring it on.!!!!!!!!! I dare you. I can surely say that i am on her side. Can you tell?

If i was you rebecca since you did call her "s*it for brains" and gave her a link to this forum, you actually intiated this whole thing. If you would of been smart then you would not have done so. Why did you do that. This makes customers look really really bad and you look bad as well rebecca. So in reality you can't sue her if you received your money already and you initiated this whole thing. Your evidence would not do any good to a lawyer. Just a word of advice.

I read all of rebecca's so called investigations and reports she has posted here. I know tazmania would not post or conduct themselves in that way.

It always seems that a girl name mary is always on the report . Why is it? I have to agree with the owner of tazmania here. I guess rebecca likes to ly so much she even is starting believe her own lies and starting to make up reports and bad accussations. Wow some things low lifes would do just to feed thier ego every day ... That is sad rebecca. very sad and disgusting that are people like you trashing companies every day because of lack of communication. I heard you first threaten tazmania with a chargeback instead trying to resolve things with them. First of all, in order to get what you deserve you don't go off threatening people and then posting ridiculous accusations on forums like these.

I looked around this site and there is even a rip off report for toys r us, time warner, and verizon wireless. Its funny but true. But they are still in business. I don't believe any of the BS that is posted on rip off report. These are all good companies that continues thier positive business pratices and idiots like rebecca have to be born.

I initially placed an order for 25 guaranteed signups on December 19, 2006. The autoresponder said the campaign would be set up in 3-4 days. When it was not, I contacted them again and received an email saying all orders placed on Dec. 19th would be delivered on Dec. 26. When that didn't happen, I contacted them again and received an email saying they were on vacation and orders would be processed on Jan. 2nd, 2007. On January 2nd, no progress had been made and I contacted Vince at online support. Vince said the order would be set up on January 4th. As of January 5th, Tazmania Advertising has not produced any evidence that the account has been set up and the campaign is running. Contacting them by email has resulted in threats and namecalling on their part, but no offer to resolve the problem or refund my money if they cannot deliver. I have copies of all the emails & transcripts of online chats with their support indicating the delivery dates mentioned above. I am seeking a full refund since it is evident from the tone and language of the emails I've received from Tazmania Advertising that they intend to keep my money without supplying the item I ordered.

Lest there be any confusion as to who is harrassing whom, below is the history of my correspondence with TazmaniaAdvertising up until the point that I reported them here. In the end, I'm glad all this is being posted for all the world to see so that no one else will be scammed by this person again: Andra Hernandez who operates Tazmania Advertising and Diamond-Central.com.

Hello stupid B***H. You must be stupid for posting our information on rip off report. You will be sued . Don't worry . You will hear from us. If you
weren't stupid you might of gotten your money back instead you took the hard way out.

Read up the definitiion of libel. We can take legal action and believe me we will. We don't need your stinking money. Anyhow you shouldn't be
posting other peoples names on websites especially when the owner is soemone else not andra hernandez you IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Andra is the
name we put so idiots like you won't be posting names on there.
hahahhhahahahahahahhahaah you gonna get SCREWED.. i just hope you know
what you are doing.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh by the way . We hav permission from warner bros you f****n idiot.

is the communication of a statement that makes an express or implied factual claim that may harm the reputation of an individual, business, product, group, government or nation. Most jurisdictions provide legal actions, civil and/or criminal, to punish various kinds of defamation.
The common law origins of defamation lie in the torts of slander (harmful statement in a transitory form, especially speech) and libel (harmful statement in a fixed medium, especially writing but also a picture, sign, or electronic broadcast), each of which gives a common law right of action.
"Defamation" is the general term used internationally, and is used in this article where it is not necessary to distinguish between
"slander" and "libel". Libel and slander both require publication. The fundamental distinction between libel and slander lies
solely in the form in which the defamatory matter is published. If the offending material is published in some fleeting form, as by spoken words or sounds, sign language, gestures and the like, then this is slander. If it is published in more durable form, for example in written words, film, compact disc and the like, then it is considered libel.

Actually REBECCA from ameriplan.net is a big liar!

#17REBUTTAL Owner of company

Fri, January 12, 2007

As you can tell she made this whole report up. If you can see the person who responded to her emails As she hence "claims she reported tazmania to" has the same signature. Marie - Loganville, Georgia
U.S.A.. So does maria without any last name work at WARNER BROTHERS LEGAL DEPT: and also at FTC (Federal Trade Commision)

Come on people get a life if you thing Tazmania Advertising is a scam . if anyone is viewing this. don't you think this is lame. Rebecca claims she reported tazmania just because she couldn't get her money back from them because she harassed them many times and she thinks that she can make tazmania advertising a bad company just because she is dull. And if she believes that making up reports that she claims she mades is going to make her popular it is only boosting her ego at the same time getting her in trouble with the law.

I GIVE REBECCA FIVE STARS DOWN. YUCKKKKK!

Subject: CS: Legal

First Name: Rebecca

Comment:

I wanted to let someone in the legal department at Warner Brothers know of a possible copyright infringement with a company online who is using "Taz" in its logo. The website is TazmaniaAdvertising.com. I imagine from my experience with them that it is doubtful they are using Taz with permission, but if they are, they do not represent WB well with their dubious business practices.

RESPONSE FROM WARNER BROTHERS:

Hello,

Thank you for your email. We have forwarded your email to our Anti-Piracy Department for their investigation.

Once again, thank you!

Tazmania Advertising & Andra Hernandez reported to Federal Trade Commission

#17Author of original report

Fri, January 12, 2007

I sent a complaint to the FTC regarding the fraudulent practices of TazmaniaAdvertising and Andra Hernandez. Here is the response from the FTC:
January 11, 2007
Re: FTC Ref. No. 9806660

Dear Rebecca:

Thank you for recent correspondence. The Federal Trade Commission acts in the public interest to stop business practices that violate the laws it enforces. Letters from consumers and businesses are very important to the work of the Commission. They are often the first indication of a problem in the marketplace and may provide the initial evidence to begin an investigation. The Commission does not resolve individual complaints. The Commission can, however, act when it sees a pattern of possible violations developing.
