TBF Financial LLC Wells Fargo Company is suing my Church for a Breach of Lease on equipment that never worked an that was asked to be picked up when we were informed that the person who actually signed the lease agreement was never authorized Deerfield, Illinois
This collection agency is now trying to sue my Church for Breach of Contract that was signed by a person who was not in any position to authorize any purchasing for our Church who was not any type of Staff and just a in and out Church visitor and the contract was signed by him which the Church was not aware of and when the Collection agency first contacted us we were not aware of having the equipment in our Church and made them aware until we began checking classes and offices and matched serial number after being served Court paperwork and a EXHIBIT A document then we informed them that they can pick up the equipment and they refused so now they are asking for a judgement of $6,410.32 which is extremely high for faulty equipment that does not even work when turned on for the first time.
