TBRE is a company formed recently and consists of MRI employees.
They are seeking to establish themselves as vendors of properties
in Marina Beach, Morocco, and also Sania Plage - Morocco. Beware
of having any dealings with them....a number of them have already
got into trouble for renting out apartments in Marina Beach without the
owners' permissions. Watch out for a guy called Saber Maimouni and also Tom Peach and another guy called Webster! Avoid at all costs!!!!!

The only part of the above report that is correct is that TBRE does include one ex MRI employee (I am currently pursuing legal action against MRI for non payment of commissions) everything else in the above report is erroneous and should be retracted.
TBRE to date has never rented out any properties in Morocco. We are real estate agents and developers consultants.
Tom Peach and Saber Maimouni still work for MRI at Marina Smir and MRI should be accountable for their actions. They have no association with TBRE.
We are currently marketing some resale properties in Marina Beach. Where it appears that these properties have been used (rented) we are informing the owners, we provide photos of the state of the apartments as soon as we enter. We took possossion of our first sets of keys in April 2009. Until this date (for the past year) we have been working exclusivley in the Moroccan market in Marrakesh and Casablanca.
MRI are fully responsible for any rentals that have to date taken place regarding their clients properties in Marina Beach. The developer is aware of an abuse of responsibility by MRI and has therefore barred MRI and its employees from access to the complex.
TBRE have a healthy working relationship with the developer.
