TC Nails Corporation, TC Nails, TC Nails owner Tom Tran steals from his employees Middletown Township New Jersey
A class action suit will be taken against TC nails of Middletown, and its owner Tom Tran. Employees who have been working there for over a year, have recently been denied payment owed to them for services rendered. In addition, there has been a history of skimming off the top of profits, that were owed to several partners. Through the services of a private detective, there is substantial proof that Mr. Tran has over inflating electric, gas, and tax bills, in order to receive additional profits at the expense of his partners.
