TCA Fulfillment Services Obvious Rebate Ripoff Scam Runaround ripoff New Rochell, New York
Mail rebate , original receipt and bar code to the company in July 2003. Never recived any respond. Call them in Septemeber. Rep. told me that they probably lost our letter and ask to re-send everything again. I mentioned that we don't have an originals now. He said it's o'k, he willl put a note on my account. Re-send them a copy immideatly. In November call them again. They reject rebate because it wasn't original.
Two reps hang up on me then I asked to connect me with supervisor. Third person said to me theres no way for us to receive a rebate. Good job to ripping off the people!!!
