I bought two Samsung 912N flat panel monitors from Best Buy as presents. I am positive that the rebate form was sent back with the UPC codes clipped off from the container for each monitor. They were sent back in seperate envelopes, one for each monitor.

I just received two seperate emails from TCA Fulfillment saying that the rebates are rejected due to no UPC code being included. This is a pure lie. I am 100% positive they were included. I will be informing both Best Buy and Samsung of my displeasure in getting ripped off for 100$ in rebates. What a sham!
