TCA Fullfillment Services ripoff proper rebate denied no way to make phone contact New Rochelle New York
I purchased a Viking SmartMedia card from eCOST on 8-25-03. After my order was received, I promptly (9-3-03)completed and submitted the rebate form to TCA Fulfillment along with all required items.
Just today (11-24-03), I decided to check on the status of my rebate and learned, by going online, that the rebate had been denied for lack of a transaction number or date on my sales receipt.
Neither of these statements are correct. The eCost invoice submitted shows both an order number and order date.
I am particularly iritated by:
~ you are required to submit the "originals" of everything
~ no notification from them re denial
~ phone number directs you to web-site
~ web-site offers another phone no which allso directs you to web-site. no way to make phone contact!
