TCA Rebate Center ripoff, lying, deceptive New Rochelle, New York
TCA Rebate Center sent me a rebate check for $50 for the puchase of a Viewsonic monitor. The spelling of my last name was so screwed up that my bank would not accept it. I called TCA and talked to a coustomer service rep who informed me that I would have to return the check and they would reissue a new one with the correct spelling of my name.
After 6 weeks of waiting I called again and after 1 hr. 45 min. on hold was disconected. Tried sending and e-mail to 2 different web addresses that are on their web site and both where returned as undeliverable. Called again after a week and talked to another customer service rep who informed me that they would get the check out that day. Has been over a week and have not recieved anything and all e-mails have been trying to send have all come back as undeliverable.
Something needs to be done to stop this compamy from ripping people off of their rebates. Have found a lot of web sites compaling about the same company , TCA Rebate Center, aks; TCA Fulfillment Services

I called again on Dec.31,2003 and was told the reissued check was mailed on Dec.26,2003. As of Dec.31 have not recieved said check in the mail. Another lie perhaps.
