Joe Tully of TCI Electric will not pay us for work we performed in March 2012. ($10, 900.00) The job was with the Boston Vet Center 665 Beacon St, Boston MA
They were paid in full by the VA center, but decided not to pay their sub-contractor (us). We are in jeopardy of losing our business because of non-payment. He refuses to call us back or make any kind of communication. These type of companies need to be stopped.

This is to revoke the earlier rip-off report filed about TCI.
We were offered weekly payments, which they have been sending us very regularly.
As a result, their debt to us is "paid in full".

This updates my TCI post. The company sent us a payment. They also called me and emailed. I am very pleased with their cooperation in this matter. I would like to re-neg this rip-off report as of 7/27/12 .... They are NOT a rip off business.

TCI Electric is not answering any of our calls, emails or mailed letters. They still owe us a large sum of money, going on 4 months overdue. We are a small company in jeopardy of going under because of customers like this. We worked for this company in good faith; this is where it got us.
