I have filed this weekend with about 10 different consumer protection agencies in NY State as well as the Governor's office--with Complaint forms... When you go on line it is amazing how many organizations are consumer friendly. Thanks for the advice... We plan on continuing writing letters, making phone calls until we get the compensation we deserve..$2,500 from TCRM... at that time we will post notice that we have received the funds and file the appropriate retractions....
