Since foreclosures and short sales are rising and I know TCS will use this information to deceptively lure people into their $7,000 "training" program, I felt compelled to report this company for what it is.  It is a sales and training company.  They get your information from RealtyTrac, aggressively call you, tell you how much money you can make in REOs and short sales, and offer you weekly coaching calls and books.

Here's the God honest truth.  You can buy much better books on Amazon.  When you go start making sales calls you are competing with professional real estate agents.  You will spend a lot of money on your business.  Direct mail yields less than 1% return on money spent.  This leaves door knocking and cold calling.  Getting the numbers of people to call is not free and it's very time consuming - certainly not part time.

If going door to door and telemarketing is your thing then go for it.  If you want to compete in a niche market against seasoned professionals then go for it.  But honestly, there are many excellent books and seminars out there to give you the same information that TCS is selling for less than $500.  I've been through the program.  Everyone I've asked on line to show me proof that this system works for them has NEVER produced anything to show me their story is legimate.

I've asked TCS what their client to client success rate is and Andrew Wardein and Patrick Grom couldn't tell me.  I told these two top executives what I did and asked them why their system didn't work for me and they couldn't tell me.  I asked for my money back and they said no.  So, if I get a call from the Attorney General about TCS Foreclosures, yes,  I have my entire experience, email correspondance and conversations logged and dated ready to go.  But until then, for all you buyers out there, buyer beware and good luck.  TCS is in the business to sell and they do it well at your expense.
