TD Bank Duplicate billing of $10. service charge for going under $100. bal. No up front disclosure it was "sold" as totally free checking Internet

When I opened a checking a/c with TD Bank I was told it was totally free.  Then after one year when my balance happened to be below $100. they charged a $10. fee.  During the first year my bal would drop below $100. from time to time and nothing happened. They said it was totally free forever, not just one year when I opened the account in the Neptune, NJ branch in Jan 2009.  Then in early April my balance dropped below $100. and they charged me twice for that occurrance.  ($20.)  And I never bounced a check in my 67 yrs.  Their attitude and misrepresentation will force me to close the a/c which is an inconvenience to those that auto withdraw from my a/c. (ie: elec, ins etc.)
