We did business using our Debit Card at TD Bank. They drag their feet and do not provide status reports when calling about fraud claim filed against RedZ a bogus SMO click vendor who promised us the world and did not deliver. TD Bank does not allow you to fax or email your evidence as they require a signature.

TD Bank does not consider what courts of law and banking rules up and down the USA dictate. TD Bank wants you to send snail mail letters while telling you that you only have a sixty day window to file a formal claim.

Once you send them your evidence they then send you another letter asking you to show them more evidence, thereby starting your meter again for another sixty days. Go to Chase where your refund comes in first while you prove your case.

TD Bank's ruse is to tell you that they are a no fee bank. After one year get ready to pay at least $25 per month to keep your account. Instead of being accomodating, some TD Bank staffers at the Forest Hills, NY 11375 branch relish in reciting the perennial 'these are the rules' code to business banking customers.
