Complaint Review: TD Financial Products

In April of 2009, This company was hired to do credit repair and provided a me a CPN (Credit Profile Number) and did not repair my credit report or provide and service and charged my credit card a total of $499.00 and refuse to refund my money.
For example, listed below is a copy of several e-mails recieve from thier office.

We also require access to your credit reports through the credit monitoring service shown below (once you sign up with them please forward your login information) to get started.

Here is how to sign up for monitoring:

2. Answer the questions in the green box on the homepage and click "Get My Report"
3. Complete the online form for the "3 Bureau Credit Monitoring" service
4. Provide us with your username and password by emailing it to Kimberly.Garcia@TDFinancialProducts.com (make sure to provide your full name in the email).

If you have problems signing up for monitoring please contact them at their customer service number (800) 493-2392 (Do not tell them that you are doing any sort of credit repair or they may block your file.)
