Complaint Review: TDG Builders and Remodeling

TDG Builders was contracted by American Property management to assess and repair water damage which was a result of a leak in the common area of my condo building.  They performed an extremely poor job, left worse damage than what was caused by the leak, told me untruths, were unliable, and were extremely sloppy. 

American Property Services was no help.  Their purpose is to 'help' the homeowner not turn their back on them. 

After 6 months and many complaints about TDG, American Property Services contacted me to assess my concerns.  After doing so, they refused to have anything damaged by TDG, or the leak, repaired other than a slat that had come up after the flooring was replaced by them and caulking a crack in a baseboard which they claimed was a 'settlement' crack.

I also informed American Property Services that under no uncertain terms did I want TDG to do any more work in my unit.  I received an email from them stating that the work would only be preformed by TDG and that if I wanted to hire anyone else to do repairs, I would have to incur the costs myself.
